I started complaining to Virgin LAST MAY - I have been constantly fobbed off with 'we've tried to phone you - if we don't hear from you within 28 days we will assume it is resolved'😠
I reported the issue to CEDR and on the final day that they could Virgin responded and said they would replace my equipment. They had 4 weeks to do this which ended on 20th November - still no contact or equipment.... I contacted both Virgin & CEDR re this is January - CEDR are apparently contecting Virgin re this AND Virgin have written to me stating there is no documentation re my complaint... 'we've tried to phone you - if we don't hear from you within 28 days we will assume it is resolved' SHOCK HORROR!!!
