I am awaiting a response from Virgin media complaints regarding my new contract I agreed a new contract on 26th January only to discover an email on 27th which was a completely different contract to the one I had agreed . I have been trying to get someone to speak to since Wednesday 27th with no luck. .I have phoned and emailed numerous times with no response. Can you please help
