Compensation for loss of emails in June 2023

On 19 June 2023 email service was unavailable, this lasted for several days/weeks when emails wasn't working correctly due to a major issue at your end. Loss of Folders also experienced, took ages for these to be reinstated to my account. There was a message that compensation form had been logged/received from myself and probably several other customers over this period. However, neither my July Bill or August Bill is showing any recompense for this outage which caused major problems for me as I run a business and rely on my emails to carry out this business. I have always been with Diamond Cable/NTL/Virginmedia but feel we have been badly let down over this.

Please let me know what, if anything, is being done to recompense us as loyal customers for the issue in June this year.
