I’ve sent numerous emails to the customer service department who I can only assume is run by bots with the absolutely ludicrous replies you get! You missold me a product which was cancelled the NEXT day, and I was told it was all cancelled!! This debt has now been passed onto a debt collection agency which has affected my credit rating!! I will be reporting this to ofcom and the ombudsman! Absolutely appalling service!!

It’s SUPER hard to find!!! For a telecommunications and internet company they make it REALLY hard to get in touch with them electronically!!
