Collect+ Hub Return Will Not Work

My hub3 died and I've been sent a replacement which is working fine. The paperwork with the new hub asked me to return the old hub in the box and included a label to send it via my local Collect+ store. I've just taken it there but when they scan the new label they say it will not go thru/be accepted.

I've used this store for years for various things and never had a problem.Really not sure what to do next.

Try another collect+ store - or try the nearest VM high street store ?
Whichever.... get a receipt.

Ask Virgin Media for a new and valid returns label and packaging.

Thanks for replies. They are sending me a new label but I think I will then try taking it to another store.
