I just upgraded my package and I receive my 360 box today along side a Internet speed increase I received an email saying prices are changing soon and when I come to look online at the volt packages now I see the 350mb is now 500mb would I receive this new stated or what I was offered

It's unclear exactly what you mean here so I do apologise, but if you have a Volt package, then your M350 speed may be boosted to M500.

However, you would always receive what is stated on your contract - if you are unsure or haven't seen your contract, please don't hesitate to let us know!
