Hi there, I activated the broadband contract on February 6th and 120 days to receive the Amazon vouchers are passed.
Could you please help me understanding how to reclaim the voucher?

Just to confirm, did you sign up for the services directly with ourselves or via a 3rd Party site such as comparethemarket.com?

I waited 120 days and now cannot remember that while activating the contract I was followed by a Virgin Media operator in chat,
Before to order Febrary 5th, I received an email from giftcloud.com remembering about the Amazon gift,
