Like others I have had an issue with my Virginmedia broadband. After receiving a deadlock letter I raised a dispute with Cisas who found in my favour and so I am owed a refund from Virginmedia. They only have about 4 days left to repsond to the ruling, but so far nothing has happened. What happens after the deadline, from what I can tell Cisas don't have any power to force Virginmedia to pay up, so do I have to go to the small claims court to get my money?
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry you had to take your case to CISAS, unfortunately once they have picked up your case it has to stay with them and any queries including not receiving the agreed settlement needs to go to them as we aren't able to deal any longer.
