Cheque reissue closed account

Hi,

I closed my virgin media account a few years ago. I have recently found a cheque issued by virgin media, expired. How do I get another cheque reissued?

We're sorry to hear you were unable to cash a cheque sent to you previously. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
