Cheque re issue

I have just found a cheque for my refund but it has expired. How do I go about getting this reissued?

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first posts. Sorry to hear you have found an expired cheque with us. Are you able to let us know when the cheque was issued? Was this issued after account closure? You may also find the following link useful https://www.virginmedia.com/help/refund

Cheque was issued after acc closure and now has expired - if you could kindly re-issue the cheque would be appreciated
