I am in this for my parents. They left virgin in the 1st week of January, they were £72.95 in credit. 1st off they were told it would take 30 days for cheque to be delivered. When this time came and went, they called back up, only to be told it would be 45 days, so they should expect the cheque around the 14th or 15th of February.
We are now at the 2nd March, no cheque has arrived, my father has been on the phone trying to get answers as to where his cheque is. He is 73 years old and £72.95 is alot of money for a pensioner, and the customer service he has received is appalling. Can someone please help me get this sorted. For my father to be told 2 different things, then get disgraceful service in the 3rd call is not on. My folks account number is [removed]
