Charged twice for the bill

This month I paid manually for the current bill, and then I got charged the same bill via direct debit. Can I please get a refund?

Once the bill has been generated on the system it will take the money, the cash you added will come off of your next bill, you'd have to phone up to try to get a refund

Hi jeremyo2, thanks for the message. The payment may have already been on the system to be deducted from the bank account as it would have been showing as a pending payment. If can only do refunds on Media via a cheque refund and this may be received after the next bill is due. The other option is to do a direct debit indemnity claim with the bank ^Chris
