Charged setup fee when advertised as free

Like so many others on this board I'm being charged a setup fee when the advertised amount was £0.

Anyone care to explain as this appears to be in breach of trading standards

Hi Crany, 

Thanks for your question about our activation fee, I have a link here which has this information in - Price Guides.

The terms and conditions also state about this in subject I. Paying for your services in our Legal Stuff link. 

Due to this we would still be unable to remove the activation fees from a customer's billing, as covered in these two links.
