Charged more than contract

Hello, I am being billed and have been paying more than the agreed “Broadband Only” contract that is connected to my online bill clearly states since April 2019.

The telephone help line said it would be sorted or words to that effect but it hasn’t changed back to the agreed contract rate.

Why am I not being credited for this overpayment?

It sounds like you may have a time-limited discount which has come to an end, or an offer price that has finished.
