Charged installation

I am a new customer and when I joined it said activation and installation was free of charge but on my estimated bill they are charging me £30 for installation. I have tried to contact virgin without success. Can anyone help with this situation. Does anyone have an email address I can contact them on?

On the contract, does the installation fee show as chargable or free please?

 My order confirmation definitely states free and that it’s worth £30. Tried to attach screenshot of it but not sure if you can see it?
