I have not had paper billing for years when suddenly 2 months back I received a paper bill with a charge of £1.75 on it.
The charge didn’t register with me at first but when I received another paper bill at the end of February I called in to ask what had happened ( this call made on 29th February ) and received no explanation but was told it had been changed and I would no longer receive per bills.
I had to log on to my account yesterday to check a credit and saw that it had not been changed - why was I lied to on 29th February ?
I changed it myself and immediately received email confirmation that it had been changed
Can someone tell me why I had been changed to paper billing and arrange to refund my account with £3.50
