Charged for months not using WiFi

Hi, 

I am moving address, and moved out 30th June, and moving in on the 10th of September.

I have completed this process online but I’m still being charged for the months that we don’t have the WiFi. 

I left a complaint, and have had no response or results from this.

I did the same process the previous year and wasn’t charged for the months I wasn’t there.

Is there anything I can do to get this sorted,

you are have moved the contract it would start at the new address when the old one was cancelled.
if you want a gap you need to cancel and take a new contract when you move in

This wasn’t the case when I moved last year, payments were suspended until I moved to the new property.

Well that would have been a special case as AFAIK that can't and shouldn't be done
