I am moving address, and moved out 30th June, and moving in on the 10th of September.
I have completed this process online but I’m still being charged for the months that we don’t have the WiFi.
I left a complaint, and have had no response or results from this.
I did the same process the previous year and wasn’t charged for the months I wasn’t there.
Is there anything I can do to get this sorted,

This wasn’t the case when I moved last year, payments were suspended until I moved to the new property.
