Charged for home and business account at the same time!

I have switched from home to business account back in September 2019. At that time, the sales team told me my home account would be closed. My records show that the home account is still going and I have been invoiced and charged for 6 months for 2 incompatible accounts! I have been calling the Home customer service to close the account but they say they can't get a refund for the 6 months?
