I returned my Virgin hub via collect plus, but today received a text and email to say I Was being charged £40 for non return
Can someone look into this for me? (I have the Collect+ receipt and tracking)

I am sorry about that; it may have been a crossover with the system as it can take around 14 days for it to be cleared from the account.
