Charged for another full month even though I've left

I left Virgin on 2nd July and my final bill shows a credit of £25.57. The online area shows that I am no longer with Virgin, however today I was charged £47 which would have been my normal service cost for another month. This is what my bill looks like - could somebody please message me to discuss and explain why I've been charged for another month? Given the difficulties I had actually cancelling with your Customer Service, I am worried you haven't actually cancelled my account.
