When I signed up I triple checked the price that I'd be paying a month and Virgin even sent me an email to confirm I would be paying £23.95 per month.
However in my virgin account it stats that my monthly charge is £51.00!
This is wrong, right? Otherwise they have falsely advertised and intentionally misled me throughout the entire sign up and confirmation process.
Is there any reason it would be showing as £51 in my contract when I signed up for and had emails confirming it would be £23.95 for the next 18 months?

Yes this is my first bill. I joined on June 18th.
The image is of my sign up info and then when I went into my account to look at my contract/bills it showed what is on the right of the image.

your first bill is normally a double bill as you are charged for the month you have and the month your about to have, there might also be some prorated charges.
