How did you perform the package regrade?
If it was done over the phone then the new channels are usually added immediately. However, if you are also receiving new equipment, then they won't be added until the new equipment is installed and activated.
Any other method normally takes between 48 and 72 hours as the channels need to be added manually.
You could try rebooting your equipment.
Also, if you have a V6 box you can try to update your channels by using your V6 remote and clicking on
Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels and allowing around 10 minutes or so to update.
