Changing your package frustration

So the only changes I can make to my package online are if I want to 'upgrade' something.

I can add more speed, add more 'free calls' or TV packages but turning anything 'off' or reducing your package is not possible, has been like this for years.

Add to this the more convenient than 90 minute waits calling the customer service team chat/messaging service often just is not available at all.

Is there an e-mail address I can send my request to?

Hi Strutter_uk,

Thanks for using the forums to get more help with removing part of your package, I am sorry you cannot do this on our website. 

I am afraid the only team that can process this kind of change are the downgrade team, who can be contacted on 0345 454 1111, option 1, 4 then 2. The best time to call and avoid the call queue is 8am in the morning.

I am sorry that there is no email to do this process.
