Changing tv and phone

How do I change (downgrade) my phone & tv package?

I am paying for services which I don’t use.

I have tried via the sign-in, just goes to an error page

You have to contact VM by phone or by the messaging system. You cannot downgrade on line or through the Forum:

Virgin could put that on their web site, everything is there for upgrading.
Probably phoning gives time to persuade you not to downgrade.
