Changing package

I've had an email to tell me I'm out of contract and with examples of packages (cheaper) I could move to.

Our home phone is Talk Evenings And Weekends although to be honest we don't use it for outgoing calls.

We've rung the 0345 number but after an hour haven't really got anywhere. I have a disability affecting my speech which doesn't help so I wondered if there was any way of sorting this online.

Thanks for posting on the Community Forums - apologies for our delayed response.

 

I am very sorry you've had such trouble reaching us so you can make changes to your package. I can see that you have created another post for this issue, where you mentioned on Tuesday that you were able to get it all sorted via text? If so that's great.
