Changing package at end of contract

Tuning in

My (first) contract has just come to an end and the bill has more than doubled - without even including the O2 volt charge (which has increased separately). What is the best way to go about changing (ie. downgrading) my package - reducing broadband capacity, landline options, some tv channels etc? The idea is to get close to the previous price as I can't afford the new one! Don't really want to spend a lot of time waiting for chat lines that end ambiguously...

Sorry to hear about the billing increase.

We don't deal with package changes here as it out of support scope.

I can take a look and see if we can possibly get you some support to review the package if that suits you better.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
