Changing my package

Hi, I would like to change my package deal from Broadband and Phone to only broadband. I have tried calling numerous times but it got cut off every single time after being on hold for over an hour.

Have you tried Customer Service via the Live Chat system? This is the most efficient way of getting in touch in the current circumstances.
