Changing account email address

My account was set up 30 yrs ago with a @blueyonder.co.uk address. Since then I have rarely if indeed ever used that as I changed to @virginmedia.com addresses.

However, while I remember the old blueyonder address, the password is long forgotten so I cannot access my account to deal with current changes.

I have my a/c number, several email addresses and landline number to prove ownership.

I have tried blueyonder.co.uk with 'forgotten password' but that just says that @blueyonder is no longer allowed.
