I would like to Change/renew our package to broadband only. We no longer use or need the phone and tv packages. There is no option to remove these from within the account management on the virgin website. Please can someone help.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of regrade to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
I know I said regrade above and not downgrade but that's how it will get picked up and actioned upon.
It's often less expensive to take either a phone or TV with the package, so if calling go through the options Moving Home, and then Thinking of Leaving, and see what theycan offer you.
If calling in then dial 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
