Changing Email for Sign In and Contact

Hi All,

I am having trouble updating my email address details.

I have a new email address I am using and I want to use this to sign in to my virgin media account with, and also to receive communications through. I have tried using the option within my 'account details' page but by the time I receive the verification link it has expired, I tried this twice and now I get an error when I attempt again.

I understand this is likely due to security protocols, but it doesn't help that I just want to update my details, very happy with the service other than that.

Please can I take your Current Email you have registered with us (The one you wish to change), the most recent bill amount and finally the 6 digit sort code where we take your payment each month?
