Hello,
I wanted to change my direct debit date and bank details. I was able to change the date, however when I tried to change the bank details it said that I must pay my existing bill before I can do this. Upon doing this, I received an email confirmation saying that you've gotten my payment but the direct debit is still going to be taken anyway? Am I going to be billed twice for the same period?
Furthermore the bill page refuses to update and keeps insisting that I must pay, not allowing me to update the DD.
Could someone please help with this?

Hey HarishB, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.
This can be done however if it your first payment for example this would need to be paid first, normally once you do this your next bill would be pro rota but you wouldn't get charged twice.
