Changes to TV

I have been trying to get through to customer service via phone for couple of days now but after waiting for an hour it cuts off. I'm trying to do some changes to my account but when trying to do the online it says that something went wrong and we can't make any changes online. What else can I do?

I would be really happy if one of Virgin Media guys would reply to my question.

with staff at a shortage you may need to keep trying the phone at less busy times. people have been able to get though but it may take a long wait and a few tries.

If its not urgent then wait a bit until the lockdown ends

I have some promotions that are about to end so I'd like to remove them. So it is kind of urgent as I'm trying to reduce the money I'm currently spending due to the COVID-19.
