Changes to Bill

Hi, 

After 2 long days of trying to get in touch with the customer service and dealing with rude advisors I finally got in contact with a member who was able to help me and sort out what was wrong with my bill as it was significantly more than I agreed. He said he sorted this for me but I am yet to see this change be made to my account? I will not pay another penny until this is sorted since I was already told I had to pay £40 to even speak to a customer service advisor before I got to the lovely man who sorted everything for me - except telling me when it would all appear on my accounts.

Hi imagine the alterations will show on your next billing date, as I don't think they happen immediately, thats the way virgin work re billing. Regards Micky

just confused cause when I asked him to verify how much id owe he told me the right price just don’t want it to get added on top of this incorrect charge.
