Changes following death of account holder

Hello 

My dad recently passed away and we’ve discovered he has both a virgin mobile and a virgin media account. 

The account for both mobile and media (tv, broadband and landline package) is in his sole name. However, the mobile account includes two mobiles - my dad’s phone and my mum’s phone.

We want to terminate the tv, broadband and landline package but keep the mobile phone package. 

How do we do this please? I’ve seen the bereavement termination form on your website but this indicates that both mobile phone numbers would be transferred to pay as you go which I’m not sure is what we want (we’d need to keep the mobile phones on the current tariff/contract).
