Changed plan - haven't received a VAT invoice

Hi I wonder if anyone can post me in the right direction?

I have regularly been receiving VAT invoices by post but the last one (due early June has not arrived). This coincides with me making a change to my account - I have cancelled TV & phone and now just getting broadband.

Has making the changed meant that I have stopped getting invoices or is it just a coincidence? And how do I make sure I start getting VAT invoices again?

The package changes should have no affect on your VAT invoices, but the coincidence is strange.

 

Have you been able to get in touch with us regarding this since posting? If not, I'll be more than happy to take a look.

I have got a new contract and since then I have not been receiving VAT receipts. Could you please look into this.
