Changed package

I changed my virginmedia package Friday 7th July, I was text the contract agreement which I approved. But my package hasn’t changed yet and haven’t heard anything else from virginmedia, so what do I do now?

I'm sorry to hear you've changed your package, and this hasn't been processed. Depends on the changes made, you may require a 30-day notice period until the package is active. For example, if you remove a service, or add-on such as Sky Sports, Cinema, etc.

How did you make the changes to your package? Did you receive any further documents after accepting the Pre-Contract Information?
