Hi, I called on the 16th March to start my 30 days' notice as I was planning to switch to a new provider for cost reasons. Obviously now that the country is "locked down" the new provider is unable to come out to install my broadband and I'm getting disconnected from Virgin on 16th April. Is there any way to cancel my notice please so I can keep connected to the internet while I'm not allowed to leave the house? Thanks
Hi I'm karl a service tech for virginmedia. I know with everything that is going on with Corona virus our call agents are limited so it is a bit of a pain to speak to them. You will prob find that our cancellation team will call you days before you to check if you want to cancel.
