Change package "Chat to us now" button broken

I was informed yesterday that my package will shortly rise by a whopping £15 each and every month. I either need much better value, a significant downgrade, or a new provider.

Any buttons relating to changing my package online go to https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/change-my-package/my-current-package/customer-exclusion. Seems a strange URL - what am I excluded from and why?

The button does nothing at all. Please advise?

Hi cylinder,

We have recruited additional resource for when customers want to get in touch. You are able to call us on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone or 0345 454 1111. You can also chat to us online via our website as we have tested this from our end this morning and there are no issues.

If you're unable to use our chat services, please try the following:

Disable pop-up blockers
*Clear cache and cookies
*Try alternate browser and device
*Try Private/Incognito Mode
*Try manually typing the link
*Wait at least 15 seconds for link to load
