Change of bill charge

I have received my new bill today for November to December and there is a 1p yes 1p reduction to my bill , it says 1p credit and also says you have made some changes since your last bill which I have not what could change a bill by 1p from all previous bills.

I had problems last month with Virgin not taking my direct debit and having to waste two days getting it sorted . I am getting sick and tired having to chase up bill problems .
