Change myPackage to upgrade

The website is down for changing the package that I have and there is no other way of contacting you by 'phone. That's pretty poor service for a tech company!

You should dial 150 from your Virgin Media landline, you can also call  0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

You could also use the text messaging service.

Just us a text with a description (regrade)  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
