Just ordered MB100 and clicked quick installation package not knowing the virgin hub plugs into the main socket and not the phone line, this needs changed and a engineer to come out but after 40 minutes on the phone they could not help!!!!

If you need to change the installation appointment this would need to be done with the installations team on 150/0345 454 1111 options 1, 3 then 1.
