I cannot get in touch with virgin media online or text or sms. I have tried to login to change install date via tab on my welcome to virgin media email, but this tab redirects me to a page, that informs me “this isn’t the page you’re looking for”. My current provider sky today communicated with me (via letter) that my phone services have already been transferred!!! Is there any Virgin employee here who can help. I booked my services to commence in May.
