Good evening, I got fail to change my direct debit account.
I can't find the "change direct debit" button on my page, only show "cancel" button, and have a message saying, "We are currently unable to change your Direct Debit details at this time. This could be due to a recent update, for example."
What should I do for next step?
My next Payment day will be On or around the 18th of the month.
Thanks for your post on he community pages and I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble changing your direct debit date, the error message you have got will be because its too close to the time that your bill is due to be paid, so the date cannot be changed.
