Change direct debit details

I have been trying to change my direct debit details on line .As i have changed my bank and I don’t want to use the one on record. I keep getting the following message,(We are currently unable to change your Direct Debit details at this time. This could be due to a recent update, for example.) can anyone help me resolve this ,thanks

Hi Eve,

this may due to your billing date as a payment may have  already been requested or is still being processed

I advise calling up and speaking to Billing.

You can  call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
