Hi there,


The first line of address showing on my bills is not correct, the address is an old one removed by the council.

I would appreciate it if someone could help change the address.

This is important, as I need the billing address to match the one in my current tenancy agreement and council tax bill.

Please can you expand on further what do you mean by the the address does not exist anymore?

Have the council move you into a different house?

Good morning Matthew,

We live in a block of flats, you as the first line of address for flat C, the flat is not known by flat C anymore.

The bill should show the first line of address as "First Floor Flat," which is the address showing every bill, council tax, and tenancy agreement.

I'm not sure why you're using this first line of address or how to explain it. This may be an error.

Can you please assist me with this issue?
