Change account number

Hi

Almost two months ago I moved, and after multiple phone calls to virgin media, everything I log in it logs my old account, after moving I was given a new account number but every time I log in it logs in my previous account number.  I've rang VM multiple times. I've also changed emails and still no luck

I'm so sorry to hear you're unable to create a My Virgin Media account with your current account information, and that it only displays your previous account. I'm going to send you a private message in a few moments so that we can take a closer look at things for you.
