Hi,
I have moved house but as the exchange was longer than expected, I needed to open a new account with the same email.
I would like to update my account number under my existing email address/virgin account.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
If you account number has changed then you wouldn't be able to amend this.
This is set for the account.

I want to access my new account via my app however when I sign in to virgin, it takes me to my old account number.
