Can someone please help me change my direct debit dates for Broadband and Mobile accounts. I searched other similar questions and it seems the only way to get it done is by getting a PM from one of the agent on this community.
So therefore will someone please assist me on my quest to gets these dates changed so I don't miss payments.

I am having the exact same issue, I even made an advanced payment but nothing has changed apart from me now having credit on the account and the direct debit is still coming out of the wrong bank account next week. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
