Change Contact Phone Number

Is posting on the forum the ony way to change account contact details?  I need to update my phone number and find it crazy that it can't be done via the app or website.

hi I have the same issue the landline contact number listed on my account has been defunct for well over 10 years 

tried changing it to my mobile number it says saved but then reverts to the old number can i get some help please ?

Sorry to hear you're having the same problem with updating your contact mobile number. From what we have seen, the numbers are indeed updating on our side but not reflecting on My Virgin Media, but we are aware of the issue.

I've dropped you a PM so I can confirm the updated number with you.
