Cant view upgrades online - NOT in a discount period

Subject says it all really, cant view online upgrades or offers, cant make changes to my package. Paying the full price and have been since August so i cant find an answer on here why not. Its been this way since august and figured i'd try sort it out while i was off. No clear number to call either. Although i know doing so in the morning would probably be best.

 

Today it currently says i dont have broadband on my package which i know i do so confused by that too. Anyone got any ideas?
